  I have been a client at this office for over 20 years, and in the last year the service has declined to point where today when I was complaining about a nearly 100% increase in my auto insurance and the only reason I was given was a at fault claim from 2012???? and when I tried to question the agent, she hung up on me....I guess business is so good you can now hang up on clients....I am awaiting a response from both this branch and the head office .I will update. PS I had to give a 1 star or I couldn't post, right now they deserve NO stars

  Worst experience ever! All they try doing is take your money . No help AT All. Customer service sucks they don't care about anything but trying to find ways to take your money, and then some . Would not recommend this insurance company to ANYONE . Save the trip and go to okotoks .
